About Us

Coach Kara (kb)

Impact Coaching International, founded in the beautiful island of Barbados, was born out of a deep conviction, that when people align with purpose, everything changes. At the heart of this mission is Kara Boyce, an accredited certified coach and a passionate advocate for growth, obedience, and meaningful impact.

With a background rooted in psychology, human resources, and change leadership, Kara has spent over a decade helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential. Her career spans 10,000+ professionals and 90 organizations across the Caribbean and Latin America, where her unique blend of strategy, coaching, and spirit-led leadership has brought transformation from the inside out.

Armed with an Executive MBA, an MSc in Labour & Employment Relations, and certifications in Change Management and Leadership Development, Kara’s work is backed by both heart and expertise. But beyond the credentials, what sets her apart is her commitment to service, mentorship, and faith.

As the founder of multiple businesses and a charity, Kara has made it her life’s work to help people say yes to purpose, grow in confidence, and walk in the fullness of who they’re called to be. Impact Coaching International is the extension of that work, a space where transformation is not only possible, it’s expected.
